Q3: What is important to you? What is one issue in current
events or social justice that you care about deeply? Why?
A3: Issue that is important to me for nowadays is
transgender. What we could see, Malaysia has given a permission to the man who
wanted to be a woman. For me, it is not fair that man get a license to become
like woman. This is because, me as a woman feel our safety is insecure. Why I
said like that is for example, when we as a original woman enter the public toilet,
we do not have our own privacy more. The “woman” will say that they can enter
the ladies toilet just because they are being a “woman”. Even though they are
woman for now, but we as an original woman of course worried that the “woman”
will harm us. Not include the man who trying to become the woman. So, woman
nowadays need to be careful about the safety.
